LITIGATION
Litigation is the art and science of trying law suits. Litigation
is "forced conversation at the court house" and arises when all other avenues
of dispute resolution have failed.
Mr. Woodward represents people and business entities in all levels of trial
courts: in state court in Florida, Oklahoma and Texas, and in the United States District
Courts in those states as well as a number of others.
The types of litigation that will be entertained are:
Business litigation including contract disputes
Real property litigation including, but not limited to, purchase contracts, mortgage foreclosure prosecution and defense, quiet title actions, property line disputes, and the like
Probate litigation including will contests and other related matters.
Appeals from civil and criminal cases.
